You may be asking, “How do I start The Ultimate Journey at my church?”
The Ultimate Journey has been implemented successfully across the country. We will work with your church of any size to develop an implementation plan designed to meet your congregation’s specific needs. We will help you train the first individual or team of individuals. As a part of their training, they will be taught to train others at your site using our proven methods and resources. While new leaders will be raised and trained within your church as needed, we do provide ongoing training and support.
Starting a group is easy! Below is a basic implementation plan. Naturally, we will work with you to modify as required.
10 Simple Steps To Start Phase 1 Small Groups
- You and/or selected leaders attend a Phase 1 Turbo or Weekly Phase 1 group. It is best if you and/or the leaders that attend are people who are willing to be open and transparent and have a passion to see people heal and grow. Sometimes pastors prefer going through Phase 1 with people they do not know. That can be arranged. In addition, someone may begin leading Phase 1 groups prior to going through Phases 2 & 3. However, we do require a commitment to go through the other phases in a timely manner so that participants will be able to go through them as they become ready for the next phase.
- Obtain the necessary start-up materials.
- Phase 1 Facilitator Training Packet $25 (includes 5-hour training DVD with workbook and a Facilitator Registration Form to send in). A separate packet must be purchased for each facilitator.
- Phase 1 Book & Study Guide $50
- Phase 1 Teaching DVD’s $45 (video instruction for leading each weekly meeting)
- Phase 1 Leaders Guide online (no charge)
- Total $120
Will a representative from Christ-Life Ministries come to our church to train us?
While normally individuals come to our headquarters for training as described above, we are open to what God would direct for each situation. As we develop an ongoing relationship with a church, it is not unusual for that church to want us to come and train on site. This decision will be made on an individual church basis.
